After working here for more than 2 years and being a top performer no growth. The un- professional hired here even those who cannot even communicate in English orally or in written. Average time here a employee has worked is 18 months only. Salary never on time, salary slips never on time. You are told that its a 9 hours sift but its 9:30 hours sift here. False commitmemts to customers and employees too. That why this UPR ecommerce pvt ltd company has more CONSUMER CASES files against them. People managers hired here cannot even communicate in english orally or in writeen. Speaking bad words on floor is common here. Malpractices are done to run a managment.
