You know I m civil engineer and I worked in projects so I can hnderstand that which type of pressure will come on us during the work. Ya sometimes I fed up when continuous doing late night work except support from any my colleagues. Also I did not get leave except weekly Off if given that it will be deducted from my salary. but I remembered 3 idiots dialogue that "all is well".

I m part of projects and I supervision many types of plant construction. Also I m doing all documents related work if I m in free time or after evening. But given assignments I have to complete anyway that's my goal.

I also had a very pathetic interview experience. This is one of the worst companies to work if you are not a Mumbai resident. Poor top level management.
