Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

I'm worked as a salesperson for Upkar Developers for the past 2 years and within 2 months, I had good understanding of real estate. My senior colleagues assisted me, and my pay was also good. The profession is rewarding, but it takes quite a bit of travel in order to convince clients to purchase plots. Nothing is there to like .never ever suggest any person to work in upkar developers. Lot of political game is played. They hire and fire in 15 to 20 days of time no job security. Mr. Francis has spoiled lot many people career tat includes both employee and the channel partner. THE WORST COMPANY seen ever in my career
