Incompetent leaders at the top. Highly Volatile Top leadership. Extremely low appraisal.No Growth. Bad Culture. Too Authoritive. The company is filled with B Players. Only freshers should work here. Seniors will find nothing to learn here.

Overall the company and their environment is quite very good honestly i would say. If you do well you will grow company will appreciate your work. But instead of that you think you will get everything by just being as it is then its not possible

Dislikes

Managements is nice but few of people are the one who make more noise and do politics
