Worst culture, no increment and internal politics is to the next level and manager is very rude every time, no future in the organization after some time you will feel your growth is stagnant

No Vision in middle level managers; Managers are inexperienced efficiency drivers; People part of business is almost completely ignored; Can do better in training and development of employees; Poor finance department.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
