Avg work to do but there is a job security int he company not as compare to the other competitors who are currently laying off in huge number. upgrad has literally helped their employee while during the covid situation. Their other policies are as good as any other organization.

Dislikes

Well not that big dislike but yeah some of the members do the politics within inside the office which i think create the negative enivornment between the employee itself. I hope upper manangement will might look into to imporve the internal working culture. Rest all is good
