inside sales work is quite good. it is not hectic as compare to field . targets are there in insides sales also but as it is desk job so somewhere it makes easy to meet target and deadlines

Below par incentives as there's a lot of if's & but's to be followed. You have to be your manager's favourite or atleast have a good bonding to get good leads. 12-14 hours Work culture. No work life balance. No job security. No job satisfaction.
