Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths. Company dose not think about employee, no any increment, they do not give good salary to the employee. We will not secure our work-life balance, so which is pain sometime. No any holiday we go to home to submit leave or mange the site with customer....Read More

I work as field work in this company, I work in a coal projects mince in that place our dealer company Volvo tippers vehicles are running, so I work about vehicle health checkup, service & maintenance, mechanical, electrical problem etc in field.
