Work load is very much , everyday we had sitting 10 hour in coming. We need resources but they didn’t care about this.

I am working in Upadpro as a software tester. I found good exposure in Updapro in manual and automation testing. Friday learning sessions and daily huddle meetings are the perfect examples of better communication between the team and management here.

I have spent approx 3+ years in Upadpro at the Ahmedabad location as a software developer. The company is fully cooperating during the corona time, in terms of work and culture. Where most of the companies were deducting salaries of the employees Upadpro gave an annual bonus instead of deducting the salary.
