As soon as HR finds replacement they kick employee to leave job, force to resign immediately. Unfair practice should be stopped.

I have spent approx 3+ years in Upadpro at the Ahmedabad location as a software developer. The company is fully cooperating during the corona time, in terms of work and culture. Where most of the companies were deducting salaries of the employees Upadpro gave an annual bonus instead of deducting the salary.
