Being a government department each rule and regulations are adopted as per rules .working environment is good there are numerous wings as flood,construction, running canal, design, and maintenance,.salaries distribution is on time bonus is given to the employees. Officers and staff are cooperative over all experience is good

Dislikes

Due to transferable job it little effect on the study and career of the children and regular transfer make life uneasy

All type of Civil Works is learned and experienced like buildings,roads,canal,dams etc.I enjoyed working here,specially you can solve the problems of farmers by providing them water in time,which is back bone of our economy.I love to protect the city and villages from flood by costructing the marginal bunds along rivers.Challengingworks ,to be completed within time.Lot of joy and fun also in doing works in jungle....Read More

Dislikes

Some times we have shortage of availability of water in the river so that we can not provide the water according to their demand.A lot of pressure comes of which we can not help.Problem of law and order like cutting and breaching of canals.We have to strugle a lot.

Work Details

Construction of Buildings and roads with Design,dams,spillways,canals,flood protuction works bridges etc.A lot challanging works in river marginal bund. Some times life was difficult to work day and night .But I enjoyed.
