You can understand everything about the software development cycle. This being a consultancy, decisions are driven by 2 businesses - one you're working for. The other you're building for. Hence Design takes a hit, and after you ship it's gone into the market. Features developed are driven by the amount of hrs allocated to the project which is the sane thing to do for any business, but most projects here even fail to finish the projects on time. You will not be considered human. If you want to eat outside and not the cafe trash need to sit for additional 30 minutes to complete your 9 hours. you can play TT in front of your CEO's Office and call it your 9 Hours of productivity but if you want to go and have a walk outside then again your time will be deducted.
