Mr. Leeladhar Agarwal is worst person in Corporate office. His behavior is very bad for subordinates. In his leadership office looks like central jail. He use abusing language and intimidate for job lost because of his strong bonding and family relations with CMD, DMD, CFO and other top leadership, he makes feel very shy in front offemales staff in office. Below words are fewer for him. Tyrannical, overbearing, abusive,dictatorial, authoritarian, oppressive, toxic and highly manipulative. 0 in work life balance., They forced to do a OT for everyone. It is one of the worst environment to work. If you are fresher don't start your career in minda. I don't have any idea about other plants but I worked in hosur. I can assure u it will not the good company for career. If you are experienced person and already working in a good company,minda will be like hell.

Those with experience and knowledge who work hard are not valued. Even when women need transfers, the Plant Head takes no action for two years. Meanwhile, the Plant Head easily gets their own transfer for personal growth.
