Worst HR Team, Managers are worst always looking for favorisim. No Growth, Manual Working. Far behind in technical aspect. Overtime working without benefits. Poor Salary and no appraisal. Kicks people out for keeping their view points. 6 days working without any work from home.

The Top management is very supportive and gives a lot of opportunities for self learning and development along with the carrier growth opportunity and right platform to explore. We are into the approach to improve continuously and deliver the quality product to the customer FTR and OTR.

Work Profile is not good, Leadership is worst, Behaviour related training required for immediate leaders. Vision clarity is not there. Only focus on KPI updation. Dissatisfaction at down the line

0 in work life balance., They forced to do a OT for everyone. It is one of the worst environment to work. If you are fresher don't start your career in minda. I don't have any idea about other plants but I worked in hosur. I can assure u it will not the good company for career. If you are experienced person and already working in a good company,minda will be like hell.
