Software engineers, despite their expertise, are treated as expendable, akin to daily wage laborers. Although the company boasts about its top HR management in Gurgaon, grievances from employees are often disregarded, contributing to a toxic work environment. Attempts to seek clarification or address concerns are met with hostility and harassment, contradicting the promised heavenly workplace experience. There's a noticeable lack of on-the-job training, leaving employees to fend for themselves. Additionally, top management's behavior towards staff is dehumanizing, with frequent instances of yelling and disrespect.
