There is no support from anybody from the university. Highly racist and discriminating place to work they only care and work to build there own (scottish) peoples or students future. I wanted to do post doc in highly reputed institution but here I don't see any future ahead. Regarding working culture highly threating and not a secure place to work if you are international student. Specially if you come from different background there is absolutely no understand of the differences as a international university. Highly turbid, religious fanatics people around, I feel its a worse decision of my life to join PhD in SIPBS. I have seen some discriminatory women colleagues which needs to remove from the work place they need education. I have been attacked in lab and there is no one to trust and share my experience. In terms of learning I was booked for FACS course but that teacher never turn up to teach me in 4 years that shows how much she hates different students. people like her should resign....Read More
