Dislikes

Poor staff welfare, inability to implement promotion promptly, inability to convert or change staff (security staff) to other departments, inability to upgrade staff promptly, none payment of allowances , and inability of management to grant tuition fee waiver to university staff, especially non-teaching staff.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular. Except that some changes which are synonymous to change of leadetship. Also I believe there is room for upgrading. But no bonuses for some years and it could be a as a result of policy changes. Internet facilities, lighting and staff welfare seem not to be important to management. Our classroom need to be upgraded. Some dark, some very big without a public addressing system.

Work Details

As An Academic Tchnologist, I am asigned to oversee the Resource Room, guide students the search for research materials, and oversee our power generating sets.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
