The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base

Dislikes

compensation is slow, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high sometimes, i have to works 09-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend students calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
