Likes

Working at UGC was a good experience , and it had a great atmosphere . I managed to maintain my work life balance . Politics in the working atmosphere was not my cup of tea and I gained knowledge from my colleagues , and training and help offered were great .

Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Transport was a problem when I used to work in UGC. Job security was not good as I was hired for a temporary post , but did my best . Work pressure is a bit more . Salary was mere satisfactory.
