The support from seniors is great. Due to relevant responsibilities, can learn and sometimes have experience more than your position. Pleasant work environment. Job security is a big advantage.

Dislikes

Sometimes, the HR department can be bit unpleasant to work along, as the replies to the queries are late. No proper timings of appraisal, as sometimes it takes more of the decided time slot. The management is not shoulder to shoulder with the present market conditions.

Work Details

The job is interesting, many ups and downs ofcourse but the work environment is pleasant and not too harsh, so it becomes quote easy to tackle situations. I have been learning a lot from the manager or other senior members. Atleast, in my case

Growth is quite slow but employees get very ample time to learn and settled down for their career.
