Freedom of expression, Team mates are good that they are like family. Learning experience is awesome if we are open minded.

Dislikes

Compensation is OK but the growth potential is limited. It is because there is no scope for career prospects in certain department.

It is mixed feeling. there are times when it keeps you excited and some times it challenging when it comes to deal with the employees I manage. Each day is challenging so as to keep the customer happy always.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
