I have rejoined the company in Jan 2021, and I was welcomed with a motivation. The freedom that one gets to explore and implement the ideas is what makes this company a great place to work. Management always welcome new ideas and let you implement them. Due to this you will also learn many things from various managers and learn many things at work. Nothing.. No concrete plan of action, the one who works,is burdened with work. No personal life, no scope of growth. Internal politics and senior people good for nothing.

I don't have anything positive to talk about this company.

Dislikes

I had a terrible experience working at this company. The COO of the company indulges in petty politics, he abuses and insults people on the floor in front of everyone. They threaten people for legal measures if people speak against them in public. The entire business model is poorly thought out and hence unsustainable. Job security is less. I would not advise anyone to join this company.
