Nothing I like anything. Managers change your shift at any change give 20-night shifts terrible management. Don't go in the company. Overall, there is no work pressure. But only one person does the First shift in the absence of the Manager so what about the other people?

If I give my 100% to the company and the Manager gives 1st April to 17 April give the night shift and say, What you do say that person files a checklist what you do? In the one-person favorite give First problem is not this if we come IN First shift and the Manager phone comes You can come in the Second shift how was the manager hasno plan or targeting the harassment? You don't do anything you do not know anything about this type of people harassment are there bad politics in the department? My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
