My team is still helpful at some level. Else management is not good. Everything is controlled by managers no HR interference at any point. 12hrs shifts & sometimes getting week-off after 7 days working which voilates the labour law. No hikes for motivating their employees. BPO like work environment. Micro management, have to complete your 8 hours if u logout early any day even due to emergency or any other issues like power cut or internet issues....Read More

Chances to learning something new is probably high. Upper management is so helpful and reachable anytime. Leave policy is also satisfactory.

I worked with United Lex 8 months, I always feel that you are not performing as per the business standard. And they raised PIP and after a month they extend 15 days, because There was functionality pending and depends on me, after completion I got fired
