Learning wise it's a good company but they humiliates or torture the people just because people needs the job. Worse company to work for. HR and finance departments are just for name shake. Either they don't know how to do the things or they don't want to do the things like proper holidays, salary on time, salary slip on time, pf accounts etc Not sure why I'm even thinking of those people.

Dislikes

They asks to sign bond upto several years and after completing the bond, don't release the employee too easily.

UTL company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a technical team in our company. Company is producing high quality equipment. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultures backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.
