With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Very poor everyday changing teacher and principal and also principal doesn't has experience and guts to manage students and teaching well.she is always busy in promoting buttering of herself through teachers and promoting those teachers who do chamchagiri only.school is outdated too needs modern way of teachings and equipments too.

too much politics and doesn't has modern equipments for the teaching.most outdated school of the town.needs to change principal and management staff.
