i'm on third party payroll and it will take more than 1 year to be on direct payroll. job security i think it is secure job as there are lots of opportunity in this industry and it is ever moving vehicle, i have learn a lot about how actually Export/Import works. talk about the management is average, and sometime you feel pressure ab out the work. talk about the Growth, everyone wants growth ha ha ! growth is slow and it'll take more than year for an basic increment and they are not even providing incentives to employees....Read More

1. salary is low, no incentives and no fuel and travelling convince. 2 career growth is slow, according to me.

Work Details

I'm responsible for handling documentation work, it means arranging the docs in order as per buyers need and we have to keep connected with the origin (we are handling china ops) regarding the shipment and my job is to auditing the docs.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
