Autonomy at work. One can build next generation leaders at workplace. Lot of faith placed in every individual. Transparency in everything. Lean and flat structure, anybody can reach everybody.

Skill development based Training programs are lesser than. More so when there are hierarchal jumps.

Entire world is in crisis, witness people loosing jobs, no salary, half salary, laying of people but Benetton taken care the well being of their employees, ensuring the full salary payout of all these months when the company had zero Revenue and team was engaged with learning and development. It's " GREAT PLACE TO WORK" Really heart worming to see. I am proud to SAY that I work for BENETTON.
