No Work Life Balance. High Work Pressure. Not Able to Take Week Off due to work pressure. Nothing Like MNC Company Engineers duty hour is 9 Hours but Have to work more than 12 Hours.

No job security they will remove in the name or organisation re structure with in 2 to 3 months after joining whenever appraisal btime comes they use to remove 30 percent or employees and transfer other 20 percent employees suddenly

Doesn't feel like we are working in MNC 1. Baised performance ratings. Getting job promotion is quite difficult. 2. Staff is considered on the lower garde when compared to other category of workforce like permanent workmen. 3.Skilled operators in the permanent work force category is very less resulting in regular machine breakdown and wastage of company resources. 4.HR function at plant level is very poor. No welfare activities for staff. Plant HR doesn't have control on the Workmen/ labour and external agency.( If required to say in one word time pass candidates) 5.Unnecessary wastage of resources, management doesn't even bother on operational cost. Only thing is production is required. 6. Security threat -Staff is very ill treated and even beaten up by the labour. 7. Role eliminations are quite common....Read More

Over time shift no benifit no salari . one month duty 26 day but iam. Wrking 35 to40 days not.. Salari created. Total 6 months salari pending... Manager i will he is toking iritating responsibility. So iam resign that company

Poor remuneration. Office politics. Dinosaurs in the company who have been around for 15-20 years and are unwilling to change. Slow to change. Terrified of trying new things.
