The company is open to indication and readily adopts latest marketing techniques. I love the fact to be part of stratigic team which was involved in launch of new brands & variants, new packs and improved packaging for key brands of the company.

Dislikes

Immediate Manager was not taking his team together & used to let down in front of management to protect his position & interests. All powers were centralised to individual and was not in good relationship with his higher-ups making the team always vulnerable during review meetings.

Work Details

The portfolios I was handling was very challenging and stratigic in nature. Was under pressure constantly from management as one of the commodity was contributing 43%to COP.
