Dislikes

The worst thing about Unisys is the career growth and opportunities. A few service managers(Especially processes like UL, Andersen, CHI) are biased especially if you're from North India and working in Bangalore. They will promote and give raise to all those who flatter them instead of real work. They'll purposely find fault and rarely appreciate your good work. The shift is of 10 hours with minimal breaks which is exhausting. They will assign shifts as per their monopoly and randomly change it every now and then. The HR is non responsive and unsupportive. They turn blind eye to every genuine question raised. The annual increment isn't transparent and extremely unjustified. You'll have to beg for leaves even though you have sufficient leave balance. Good place to work and is employee oriented with good IJP opportunities I recommend UNISYS.

Dislikes

Travelling and 10 hrs work is taking the time and is not comfortable for families.
