Politics and politics, they have incentive policy but on paper only .They keep all incentive of employees. Employee work for incentive,they don't get much salary so all work for incentive but company don't provide it.

1. Excellent leadership. 2. Well defined organisational Structure and Hierarchy 3. Matured and dedicated team 4. Structured form of working. Well defined rules and regulations. Each team is assigned with a team leader and a team manager and has to achieve their operations by every day end. 5. Excellent award systems in place. Achievers and over achievers are duly appreciated and awarded.
