Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Open work culture here. One can work in any field but the senior position are captured by non technical Kathiyawadi peoples. Medium employees benefits No pressure in QA department, HR, Warehouse dept. Canteen facility at nominal charges. Not too much overtime.

Dislikes

Company senior management at Ankleshwar and Panoli sites is in hand of Kathiyawadis which always highlights katiyawadis mostly and do casteism only. Even more technically sound other cast employees are offered less increment and late position upgrades. This is only major dislike of company. Also company has poor performance evaluation policy and it is completely not followed. No overtime payment. 2 years bond compulsory....Read More
