Some segments of Unipath have good reporting quality, which doctors trust, and that makes it easier to build relationships. Working here has also given me exposure to the market and improved my communication and handling of different situations.

Since this is my first company in the diagnostic sector, I had to learn everything on my own through on-the-job training, as there was no support from management & doctor for training in my first three years. Job security is poor, and the increment policies are disappointing—even after achieving 100%, the growth is not satisfactory. There are no incentives for exceeding targets, and even small things require constant follow-ups.
