It’s pathetic if you want learn there is nothing to learn. Hr policies can be changed at anytime without prior notice. No appraisal based on work Partiality in terms of recognition only you can sustain and may feel comfortable if you have any source here or you are a good friend with any senior authority. Secondary they do is just for the sake of their name as such no work to do you just have to come punch the surveys and nothing else. The company definitely has work life balance. No working weekends and fixed shift timings are a blessing you will neve have to extend beyond 9 hours.

Not a place for experience holders. Great for freshers but snap out of it in 8 months or a year just for the sake of considerable experience. Learning is very low.

This company is fraud. You’ll end up filling surveys. They don’t even give you work from home even if there is an emergency. The company is fake and there is no professionalism. Don’t be greedy by seeing the benefits they are offering like a cab facility and meal facility because both are very bad

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
