Dislikes

compensation is decent , but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high . sometimes , I have to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day as i i have to attend client calls in the the evening.

generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well aqtp manage day to day yield operation.

Only benefit in UNIMAC is timely salary, otherwise nothing at all.Because firstly I have joined UNIMAC from may 2012 to sept.2015 at Al- Baraka Site and RUMAH Site as a site administrator.

Dislikes

No salary hike, low grade Salary standard as compared to other company, No Exit approval to employee who wish to join other company.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
