They don't respect the employees. They need Employees to work all day and night, your salary will get deducted even you are late for one minute 09:31. There is no trust factor on employee. Employee should say yes to everything till they pay you. Its not the work place with an individual with self respect. All the employees left their organization were portrayed by them as thief to existing employees. They always need one single moment to deduct the salary. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
