For men, it’s all about getting abuses even for minor mistakes and having to deal with disrespectful behaviour with politeness no matter what 24*7. No work life balance at that. For women, it’s highly unsafe. Unless you are doing physical favours for someone senior, you will have no security for the job or self.

However, they do not pay the EMIs, and due to the E-mandate, the finance company is debiting the amount from our account.
