The list is fu¢king endless. Deserving people are not acknowledged for their work while stupidest of people are sitting on the high chair. If you are a girl and look pretty to your VPs or you are from MAHE or any of their sh!tty institute, you will be promoted, even if you do not know sh!t about work. Your manager will take the credit for your work, while you will be thrashed, by your super seniors for your managers fault! So much office politics that you will gain so much experience that you can contest for elections as well😂 Biggest red flag of the company- there is no female on the highest designation or in leadership role, making it a male dominating organisation. According to these cheap and mysogynist leaders, women can only do so much.
