The list is fu¢king endless. Deserving people are not acknowledged for their work while stupidest of people are sitting on the high chair. If you are a girl and look pretty to your VPs or you are from MAHE or any of their sh!tty institute, you will be promoted, even if you do not know sh!t about work. Your manager will take the credit for your work, while you will be thrashed, by your super seniors for your managers fault! So much office politics that you will gain so much experience that you can contest for elections as well😂 Biggest red flag of the company- there is no female on the highest designation or in leadership role, making it a male dominating organisation. According to these cheap and mysogynist leaders, women can only do so much. Company is providing all the possible amenities to Employees but Management and some senior management is playing nepotism/ ghar ghar..

Seniors are just recruiting their old colleagues, in order to support them they spoiling Unext image in market. From a very senior level to RH position they all are just doing time pass. In simple words they all are from one or two previous company and making lobby of own people in Unext/ MEMG. Dont join in any situation.

Had to experience the worst manager " Jagruti" who only like boys in her team and hate women , she wanted to bring her old team members into product team so she forced to that extent that i had to leave the organisation. They also interfere in your personal life also.they only need admission so if u are in pip they also tortured you for fake admission by your side .Lead shuffle is also there they shuffle the leads from your account and give to them who are fvrt or ATL's . timing also not good .they will tell u 10 to 7:30 but managers timings are different they ordered you to report at 9 and will let u free after 9 pm . If u r not meeting your monthly targets so managers and vertical head will call you in cabin and abuse you and give pressure for admissions. If you have 2 leaves in month forget this line . You will never take this benifit. Your holiday is depend upon your managers . They will continue call u whole day whether in office or in home. There is nothing to like about this place. Apart from going on some vacational trips to Sikkim and Jaipur in name of demo.

The team is riddled with politics, those who fawn over the VP-Product and engineering advance up the ladder without contributing meaningfully, while the rest are left to follow ever changing vague instruction. Management is indifferent to the ongoing attrition within 3 months, the entire old team has left, and the management don't even bother to check why the attrition is super high which is quite alarming. If you see any old product employees stay you know what they would have done to be there. To survive in this team, be ok with manual support work, you need to be toxic, demeaning, flattering towards your boss, ok with screaming. And don't be surprised if HR does nothing about it, because they are the people who does maximum gossips, dude they even stalk you LinkedIn which is super hilarious. It's a place with no scope or growth, the product they are trying to build has not future, as UNext is a "la-la" enterprise where the profit seems to be elusive....Read More
