Work is overall manageable Job security is there but some managers and HODs are not at all very cooperative and polite. If they feel any kind of pressure or work is not complete, they will try to blame you for everything. Senior Members - 1. Listening capacity is very low 2. Very egoistic 3. Rude 4. PM activities mostly performed by juniors and others

Only one person is assigned for a department. So it's very hectic sometimes. Overall is fine.
