CEO is clueless about everything and has kept himself surrounded by YES men, he isn't the most open minded person when it comes to new ideas and asks everyone to copy paste successful business ideas/models. 2. As the company has grown their only focus is to get people from top tier colleges, remove people eventually who have built the company and categories from Scratch. Work is too toxic where few people do all the hard work and senior managers are always there to take credit as well as over burden their subordinates with responsibilities.

Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. So lack of experience new set of ppl are used their personal agenda and ego and destroyed the entire environment.
