Initially it was good being work from home, but suddenly they told us to join from office.

Dislikes

Everything, no job security, no hike, no growth, can layoff you anytime, people who worked day and night, dedicatedly for past 1-1.5 year. suddenly HR calls and informs that due to expenses and costing people are laid off. This company cannot be trusted. But when it comes to learner, subscriptions are exorbitantly high and can spendcrores on marketing. When employees asked about appraisal or growth no transparency is there, No leadership any tom D n Harry can become senior and lead the team especially the newbies If anyone is willing to make a career in Unacademy please think twice, read all reviews online, check with existing employees and then take a decision. Company plays with employee career and most importantly always make late salary payments, HR/ Management don't even bother to listen to us Everyone is aggressive towards just one thing, to increase REVENUE but people who are actually working for it day and nigtt even on weekends, sacrificing life, family they are ignored, and what we get is lay off, late payments, no hike, no benefits, no appreciations....Read More

First 2 years were good at Unacademy. Follows ethical sales practices.

Micromanagement. Disagreements taken as Non-Adherence. Because of leadership change it is BYJU's in making as far as work culture is concern. Company least bothered about employees health. No growth opportunities. No learning.

Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. So lack of experience new set of ppl are used their personal agenda and ego and destroyed the entire environment.
