The managers and immediate seniors are super supportive in terms of work and challenges we face. They are cooperative.

Dislikes

Shrinkage in team size in order to be cost effective company which results in decrease of flexibility to take allocated leaves and also increases work pressure sometimes.

Dislikes

The company is good but it needs to work on the power distribution associated with various managerial positions. The managers/Team leads solely shouldn't have the power to fire its team members. There should be a hierarchy in place when it comes to employee termination.
