Its a great organisation to work with. Faced paced startup with brilliant and multi talented folks. Not all departments I can say but few are like which I worked in Operations was an awesome expereince and they value for the work you do and there are no limits to expressing your thoughts, ideas, changes as they are always welcome for the betterment of the process.

Few internal politics which I believe almost all companies have.. You will be dragged back a few times compared to the favorite folks

Micromanagement. Disagreements taken as Non-Adherence. Because of leadership change it is BYJU's in making as far as work culture is concern. Company least bothered about employees health. No growth opportunities. No learning.

Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. So lack of experience new set of ppl are used their personal agenda and ego and destroyed the entire environment.

No job security, around 1000 people laid off within 2 months(not at all based on performance). No direction of the company, working on hit and trial. Most weekends you’ll be expected to work.
