The team (peers) is very helpful but the management is extremely poor.

In the recent months, job security is a myth at this company. The management lies and gives false promises instead of being direct with the team. This is what happened during the recent layoffs. Overworked - long hours and underpaid. In the first 7 months of joining the company, I had to work for 6 days (alternate Saturdays) mandatorily even though my contract was for 5 days per week. Unacademy from outside looks like a good brand, but it is pathetic inside. They fire employees without any reason, even the people who work hard and contribute a lot also get fired without any proper reason. And the worst part is they even make you work on Saturdays, without pay. There is 0 work life balance!

0 work life balance. They terminate people who work hard. In offer letter they mention 5 days working, but they make us work on Saturdays, that too without pay. Overall pathetic work culture

The work culture is quite toxic, and there is a lack of professionalism in the way how employees are treated. Job security is almost non-existent, with a 'use-and-throw' mentality prevalent in the environment.

Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. So lack of experience new set of ppl are used their personal agenda and ego and destroyed the entire environment.

People like Rishi Mehra,Fraz Anwar do office politics. No job security,will hit you at the back. These people have bought people from Byjus who have zero knowledge of data. Fraud selling means are adapted to get target achieved. Ask teams to work 11-12 days straight without leaves . Pathetic company with pathetic people leading it .
