Till August’23 the culture and the environment was very good but post that all the valuable employee left from top management and new set of ppl had come for a position who all are not having maturity or exposure. So lack of experience new set of ppl are used their personal agenda and ego and destroyed the entire environment.

HRs just commit random things orally in terms of benefits and other policies They just keep changing work calendar as they wish. They just lure you with salary. Do not join this company

Layoff policy. Company don't care about employees. They just hire during the season of business and once business done they layoff entire staff for next 06 months.Also they try to keep employees on third party rolls so that during layoffs that should not be in their count. Poorest culture in unacademy among all Ed-tech companies.

No job security. Throw people anytime they feel like. Working there for 6 years and one fine day they come and tell this is your last working day. No work life balance. Toxic, extremely toxic environment.

Initially the management was good, all the co worker and my managers were from IIT & IIM or IISB. No drama, no securities, no cheap politics. Work pressure was high but very good environment. Though I was not from tier 1 college but having 10years of experience, team always gave equal opportunities and respect.

Not retaining the ppl who were asset and hired all the toxic candidates from other Edtech without doing any proper interview just by think they know sales . The entire culture of productivity and authenticity has screwed. And when the undeserving candidates gets place above there capabilities then only show off come on the table and make the others demotivated .

Behaviour or Founder, every Monday would be a meeting for that he shares format on Friday and changes format again on Sunday evening so if you work Saturday -sunday again you have to work from starting on Sunday evening to entire night

Work culture is extremely toxic, they want you to sit in front of them for minimum 12 hrs, even though you worked for the whole day still keep pushing they will never get satisfied with your work 😕, any time they will to you and say "Start counting your days" means you are fired.
