Worse work ethic. HRs are absolutely not professional. I have never seen so much office politics in my life, here you will be treated as a literal "naukar". The heads/manager will ask you to work on weekends because apparently it will increase your experience but unfortunately it just disturbs your work life balance. This so called"big company" don't even treat you equally, cultural/racial ignorant comments are pretty normal over here.
