I would like to put into crisp words based on my personal experience, had been working since Sept 2017 on an off roll position, right during covid March end 2020 i had been told to leave UltraTech just because they were closing few positions. All i had was 1-2week to leave. My own Boss Zonal Head - Sales & Mrkg - Westzone made it clear to HR personally saying that do not need to do this. Kinjal has been usually occupied with work frm own dept. after that i was saved but the depression and anxiety had me killed during those 2 weeks. I happen to had an accident at home the french window fell on me while sliding out had got three deep cuts on my right and left leg. Was on bed rest for 4 months. Salary was paid to me as well as other secretaries too who had minimal work or so I wasn’t the special one on that note. Post recovery i happen to join back with an internal transfer to All India Key Accounts as an MIS Executive+ Secretary + Semi Technical an on roll position but my transfer was been told will remain off roll with no possibilities for growth in position as well as monetary gain. My salary has 1500/-₹ growth since 2017 until today. Was selected for on roll position it was about relocating to Noida followed by aptitude tests with 1 mth wait of an offer letter to be rolled out and joining took 2.5 months + until they find a replacement for me to leave for on roll position. Existing profile was a nonstop worked for 180days without weekend, diwali, My own bday, new year or Holi for 12-14hrs a day. Business requirements were as an continuous process. Pressured for work n deliverables. It wasn’t new that My mental health n physical health got affected and HR n management wasn’t aware inspite of number of requests to make me relieve for the portfolio but it went ignored. HR’s sheer negligence for off role position who put their best in work yet get ill treatment as ignored for internal opportunities for on roll positions to apply. Yet expect keep doing excellent job in their work.

Logics departments working employee behaviors very badly like we have some labors & HR department do not agreed for same so that time our working performance so badly & that department never grown to other person so we have didnt grown up. Very big group fortune 500 company but there are many old employees who harras and you will have two manager one is your boss and another will be account officer who will ques. Your every bill and treatlike you always do farji bill which will end up by paying by your pocket better to do mailbaaji

Absolutely nothing! Forget about Vendors, they do not pay even legal dues of employees and Channel partners. Company run by fools, Top management is not capable of handling teams. Pure politics playground.

Everything! Forget about work life balance, they treat employees like animals. Main culprit is E.Nagaraju from Telangana. They harrass employees like anything. No appreciation only criticisim everything you propose. They force to do wrong things and later blame Sales team. Very Bad experience working with them. Mental harrasment and mocking everytime.
