Had a lot of learning, but they offers Third party payroll to Technical Executives which is 1 year contract & it renews every year on April. They hire people saying there's lots of growth scope & easily someone gets promotion but never seen an employee who moves to onroll. Seen lots of employees who served 3-4 years & not moving onroll & finally they left the organization. But employees get growth in other company when they switch company....Read More

Dislikes

I hated the culture, work life balance & wrong practices of Managers. Managers who uses their subordinate for their personal works. They threats subordinates on kicking out of the company, uses subordinates vehicles for their personal works etc etc alot.

Work Details

No personal life, it sucks here. Even on Sundays manager pressurise to work & even their personal work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

It was one of the company. That was provide all benifits of the employee but on roll job is best compared by off role

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
