Not a great place for someone who wants to have a career, develop skill and get inspired to comeback the next day Payscale is below par, atleast 1/3 of induatry standard even in India

Highly toxic and torturing work culture, the senior management is involved in personal lifes of people and even interfere, life at township is like being treated like a third class citizen and in jail, you cant leave or enter colony after 11 and each time you need permission and need to inform where and with whom you going, why? Toomuch lobby, i get we face political dynamic everywhere but here management doesnt communicate effectively and doesnt support competentence. You dont feel valued but like a slave, and HR and Admin is a nightmare. I was highly appreciated by executive management but I wasnt even provided a desk to sit, lack of resources alongwith racial bias based on place of birth, linguistic, and more.
